Dale has lived such an incredible life that through the years, many people have repeatedly asked for his story.
This is an adapted version from the back cover of Conspiracy of Grace:
Struggling and persistently fighting against family put-downs and abuse of every kind turned Dale Fiegland into a gun-toting, knife-wielding, Mafia runner addicted to alcohol and drugs—the kind of man God loves to get ahold of and change. When Dale finally stopped fighting God and asked Him for help, miraculous events followed that can only be called a Conspiracy of Grace.
Raised in northern Ohio, Dale Fiegland graduated from Anderson College, taught in the inner-city schools of Cleveland, and attained success in business before ending up in a flophouse. When God began healing Dale, it brought more ups, downs, and crazy events. Ultimately, God persuaded Dale to become a counseling pastor, after which he earned his master of arts degree in counseling from Liberty University. He served as a counseling pastor for twenty five years at Riverside Church in Fort Myers, Florida, before receiving the title of pastor emeritus.
Today, Dale still maintains an active counseling practice, specializing in assisting those dealing with drug or alcohol addictions or various forms of abuse. Numerous churches have sought his help as a consultant in handling difficult matters.
