Gedi, shares suspended on the stock exchange

Today, Cir’s board of directors meets with the negotiations between the De Benedetti family’s financial company and Exor, the financial company of the Agnelli family, to sell the controlling share of the group that publishes.

capital while Exor has 5.922%. There is a takeover bid and a possible delisting for taking control of the holding company Exor degli Agnelli-Elkann on the Gedi group, whose reference share is in the hands of the Cir of the De Benedetti family.

Today Gedi Publishing Group capitalizes 144 million euros. Information on the size of the offer will be given today, but the spotlight is also on the small shareholders of Gedi and on some historical shareholders who own minority stakes. In addition to the De Benedetti family with Cir Ord, which has, in fact, 43.78% of the shares and the Agnelli family which detains 5.99%, other actors are Giacaranda Falck, with 5.08% and Carlo Perrone, with 5.02 percent.
